Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking for dynamic and experienced Fashion Designer / Assistant Fashion Designer (Woven Shirt) for the Fashion Design Department at Oxford Shirts Ltd., a sister concern of Pretty Group.
∎ Job location will be South Salna, Gazipur.
∎ Design & Develop the Woven Shirt by researching and following the buyer’s Trends.
∎ Make Co-Creation & Collection Design.
∎ Produce concepts by analyzing trends and target consumers.
∎ Make Graphics / Sketches by hand or on the computer.
∎ Receipts / Offers Trend Report / Client Mood / Market Intel as Buyer's Development Program / Upcoming Seasonal Development.
∎ Program follow-up and confirm quality products through multiple processes (pattern, strike-off, mockup & wash).
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sampling, merchandising, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
∎ Fashion trim, fabric, and wash-technic gathering based on the trends or buyer requirements.
∎ Attend trade shows, and industry events to gain inspiration, network with industry professionals, and stay informed about the latest industry developments.
∎ Maintain and update the display room for the buyer’s visit.
∎ Proper documentation and reporting of works.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
