∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in agricultural product management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Sound technical knowledge regarding agricultural practices.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work, Supervising and coordinating activities related to livestock.
∎ Observe the health, behavior, and overall condition of cattle.
∎ Ensure timely feeding, watering, and sheltering.
∎ Implement and monitor feed plans as per cattle category (e.g., calves, lactating cows, bulls).
∎ Ensure quality and quantity of feed, silage, and supplements.
∎ Schedule and supervise vaccinations, deworming, and other health-related protocols.
∎ Identify signs of illness or injury and coordinate with veterinary professionals promptly.
∎ Maintain records of breeding cycles, calving, and artificial insemination (AI) procedures.
∎ Maintain accurate records of cattle count, health treatments, milk yield, breeding, and feed inventory.
∎ Handle emergencies such as disease outbreaks, birthing complications, or weather-related issues swiftly and efficiently.
∎ Regularly report cattle performance, health status, and operational challenges to the farm manager or management team.
∎ Any others task assigned by the top management/authority
