Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for overseeing both indoor and outdoor agricultural operations, including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and livestock management.
∎ Supervise all farm workers and oversee purchasing activities.
∎ Implement company policies to achieve farm goals efficiently.
∎ Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of various livestock species.
∎ Manage crop health, pest control, irrigation, and fertilization.
∎ Minimize quality rejection and optimize order fulfillment.
∎ Address any farm-related challenges, such as crop diseases or equipment malfunctions.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
∎ Generate and present reports as required by management.
∎ Perform any additional tasks delegated by top management.
