Job Context:
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of maximum egg production from Layer Farm as well as business profitability.
∎ Overall monitoring of a control house layer farm as In charge of the farm.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to formulate effective strategies to supervise and control layer birds performance, look after birds health.
∎ Manage the brooding, growing, and laying process of layer bird as per standard.
∎ Monitor closely the feeding, vaccination, body weight, health condition, etc. of the bird to ensure healthy farm management.
∎ Create a favorable environment considering temperature, humidity, lighting, etc. for pullet during the laying period to enhance maximum productivity
∎ Maintain strict bio security measures and ensure disinfected environment all over the farm.
∎ Ensure accurate record keeping and provide daily report on birds performance status as accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with Engineering team to execute schedule, breakdown, and repair maintenance in farm.
∎ Ensure timely farm preparation for new birds intake.
∎ Manage overall layer farm operation as in charge and report to management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge in computer operation.
