Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brick, Ceramic Mould Manufacturing, Production, Tiles fabrication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Brick, Group of Companies

Job Context:
∎ Pretty Group is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as Factory Manager.
∎ The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for oversee all daily operations of the factory from production and Manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedure are followed.
∎ Production knowledge of bricks manufacturing is mandatory
∎ Leading capacity for factory operation as per organizational policy and standard.
∎ Team leading, supervising and train for group work, operation and knowledge transferring.
∎ Experienced in production planning, production control, Quality control, Method analysis, Inventory control, plan lay out and work measurement.
∎ Established process flow wise operation, delegate task and accountability.
∎ Supervise all phase of operation in the plant including production.
∎ Schedule maintenance must be performed on time.
∎ Plan for inventory of raw materials and finished goods make sure both stocks are available.
∎ Coordinate and plan with other departments to achieve total manufacturing objectives are accomplished timely in a cost effective manner.
∎ Control wastage materials, operating expenditure and manpower.
∎ Report to top management on daily basis and proposed new technique and strategy.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4 to 5 years proven experience in related field.
∎ The applications should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Ceramic Technology.
∎ Manpower handling capability
∎ Must be Computer literate.
∎ Excellent Analytical Skills.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla and English.

Salary: Negotiable
