Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor/ Master's degree in any discipline preferable : Agriculture / Chemistry background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Bio-Chemist/ Chemist, Agronomist
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring / supervision of over all activities of the factory.
∎ Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity.
∎ Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines ensuring the quality products.
∎ Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
∎ Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees.
∎ To ensure cleanness, maintenance & good housekeeping by Daily floor visit of the factory
∎ To arrange & manage vehicle/delivery van for ensuring effective delivery system.
∎ Knowledge on Regulatory Affairs
∎ To supervise factory daily production as per the production capacity also emergency order being given by authority as on when required.
∎ To check raw materials quality, receive & stock entry by the help of Inventory Dept.
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.
∎ To prepare Stock Purchase Requisition & maintain reorder level.
∎ To submit production & distribution report to top management weekly & monthly.
∎ Follow up disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ Reporting and following any other tasks assigned and given by top authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Experience on Production in any Reputed Pesticide Company at least 5-10 years in the similar jobs.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Pesticides Production & Administration.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & work without supervision.
∎ Excellent communication skill in written English & Bangla.
∎ Self-motivating personality and ready to take challenging assignments.
∎ Good command on MS-Office & Email correspondence.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
