Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the required lead time of various customers
∎ Ensure that delivered product meets agreed quality standards
∎ Plan capacity against demand. Proactive action required to meet peak demand
∎ Effective management of warehouse inventory as per requirement
∎ Monitor that the targeted dates for expansion of factory are met
∎ Guide the compliance team to ensure that all the required factory certificates of environment etc are kept current.
∎ Check that overtime never exceeds legal limits
∎ Plan and execute in building a team to deliver world class product by training, development and exposing them to the latest developments in the field.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Posses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of garments accessories trade
∎ Planning production of garments accessories industry
∎ Experience of compliance of various accreditations such as Oekotex, FSC, Mello color, TPQ, ISO9001,ISO14001,SA8000, etc.
∎ Possesses good man management skills, a firm believer in people skill enhancement on a continuous basis.
∎ Believes in following of processes and procedures
∎ Possesses Good mentoring and guiding skills
