Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning Factory Daily Routines.
∎ Effective liaison with and support and assistance to the whole of the Organization.
∎ Maintain and improve mechanisms for Factory Production and activities, including surveying and measuring the operations, processes, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate Head Office Management.
∎ Meeting Customer’s expectations and demands.
∎ Supervising the Factory Workers on the Production Floor and report to the Head Office Management on daily basis.
∎ Maintaining high standards of the Production Line.
∎ Implementing Production Strategies as per the requirements.
∎ Monitoring the Factory Operations.
∎ Resolving any factory-related issues with the guidance of Head Office Management, if required.
∎ Assigning tasks to the Factory Staff.
∎ Ensuring Quality Control Standards with the assistance of Factory Staff & External Bodies.
∎ Overseeing Machine Maintenance Operating Procedures.
∎ Suggesting improvements in the strategies.
∎ Preparing Production Schedules and Reports.
∎ Presenting the Reports to the Head Office Management.
∎ Assisting the Head Office/Factory HR Management in hiring.
∎ Providing Training to the new employees.
∎ Inspecting the Quality of the Finished Products.
∎ Maintaining a sound relationship with the Clients.
∎ Manage, direct and monitor the overall Performance of the Factory.
∎ Utilize appropriate systems to manage Factory Production, Functions, Analysis and Documentation.
∎ Providing necessary guidance to the Factory and Production to achieve targets.
∎ Developing plans for the Factory’s Progress, Production Improvement and General Growth.
∎ Support to all other Units/Departments with related issues.
∎ Performing any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven 7-8 years’ experience working as a Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or a similar position in the Facilities Department mainly in Chemical Factory.
∎ Professional Certification in Production Management and Quality Control.
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding of Safety Regulations and Policies.
∎ Thorough knowledge of industry-specific Factory Equipment and Machinery.
∎ Ability to multitask simultaneously.
∎ Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
∎ Good analytical and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to solve complex problems.
∎ Exceptional ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Outstanding Managerial Skills.
∎ Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities.
