Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor factory operations.
∎ Plan and organize production schedule of Rotogravure paper board printing machine (ATN or BOBST), Aluminum foil lamination, Tipping Paper & Slitting, Offset Printing
∎ Prepare report on various daily, weekly & monthly reports on Production in weight & quantity. Reconcile Input materials with finished goods considering wastage, invariable loss etc. and submit it to supervisor.
∎ Maintain optimum stock of raw materials, chemicals & packing materials etc.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of finished products to distribution point
∎ Control and Co-ordinate activities of shift in-charge and supervisors
∎ Ensure that the production is cost effective
∎ Ensure process loss within permissible limited
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials etc.
∎ Check recipe consumption vs actual consumption.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Around 15 year's experiences in any reputed printing & packaging industry.
∎ Should have good knowledge & experience of:
∎ - Rotogravure paper board printing machine (ATN or BOBST)
∎ - Aluminum foil lamination.
∎ - Tipping paper printing & slitting
∎ - Offset printing.

Salary: Negotiable
