Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of feed production, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
∎ Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high product quality standards.
∎ Continuously improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control procedures to guarantee the production of safe and high-quality feed products.
∎ Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and address any issues.
∎ Maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies.
∎ Coordinate maintenance and repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime.
∎ Evaluate the need for equipment upgrades or replacements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Proven experience in Animals feed /Food production management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Animals Feed production.
∎ Must be a Team player and cooperative and Flexible.
∎ The applicant should have experience in Administration, General HR.
∎ Analytical and problem –solving skills, Patient, Honest, ethical and dependable.
∎ Retired Officers (Bangladesh Army / Bangladesh Navy & Air Forces) will highly appreciated.
∎ Leadership quality
∎ Good knowledge of Safety standard, team building, industry knowledge, regulatory and compliance issues of the factory.
∎ Individual Decision making capacity.
