Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain daily petty Cash management
∎ Keeping a record of all transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers on a regular basis
∎ Check and ensure that Suppliers' payments are accurate and all payments are properly authorized and timely made
∎ Proper documentation and file management
∎ Checking all the staff's reimbursement expenses and prepare the summary for payments
∎ Any other Jobs assign by the management.
∎ Payroll management
∎ Reporting to Head office from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Tally Accounting Software, data recording and factory Administrative work
∎ Strong computer skills, particularly MS word, Excel and Power Point
∎ Good communication skills, both written and oral
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
