Biz Care IT is a fast-growing digital marketing and technology agency helping eCommerce brands and small businesses achieve sustainable growth through smart advertising and automation. We are looking for a dedicated and result-driven Facebook Ads Expert who has practical experience in managing multiple client accounts and generating consistent sales performance.

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns for 12–15 eCommerce clients

• Build structured funnels (Cold, Warm, Hot audiences) to drive consistent conversions

• Research, set up, and test custom & lookalike audiences for better targeting

• Optimize ad budget and monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate)

• Design and execute ABO, CBO, and Advantage+ Shopping campaigns

• Run and optimize Retargeting campaigns for abandoned carts and active visitors

• Continuously monitor daily ad performance and troubleshoot underperforming ads

• Suggest creative ideas, hooks, and ad copies to boost engagement and sales

• Manage Pixel setup and Conversion API to ensure accurate tracking

• Provide weekly performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions

• Collaborate with project managers and creative designers to align ad strategy
