∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
fabric technology, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check and ensure quality and test Parameters of in-house fabric to Proceed Production.
∎ To troubleshoot problematic Fabric before/during Production to run the process smoothly and ship the goods as maximum as possible.
∎ Providing Style-wise Shade Approval & Marker Decision.
∎ To provide a Guideline to the Production & CAD team for CSV and Technical issues of fabric.
∎ to communicate with fabric mills and customers to fix any fabric-related issues.
∎ To take up to fabric mill if any kind of fabric issue and settle the claim due to fabric.
∎ To follow up on the testing issues as well as the sustainability of fabric and garments.
∎ To assist in developing and sourcing Fabric as well as doing Risk Analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Must have experience in handling woven fabrics along with other fabrics
∎ A self-driven and assertive individual with business acumen.
∎ Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, conflict resolution skills,s and decision-maker with leadership abilities.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
