∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Should have at least 3 years of job experience in knit Fabric merchandising job.
∎ Able to work under pressure and willing to take responsiblity.
∎ Willingness to visit factories as and when required.
∎ Good command in English.
∎ Leadership quality and computer literacy is a must.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To look after all the activities in respect of order sheet receiving, collection of swatch/color penton, preparing TNA, co-ordination with factory planning team to ensure on time delivery of fabrics.
∎ Follow up to make ready of various types of finished fabric, solid dyed, AOP, etc.
∎ Fill up the dyeing capacity with orders and co-ordinate with marketing team for any new/repeat/development order.
∎ Actively participate in competitive pricing/costing & sourcing of yarn, fabric-greige, solid color, wash, brush, AOP in any fabrication / compositions.
∎ Ensure to get the various types of fabrics testing issues done as per buyers' requirement.
∎ Follow up master planning/TNA to make available of yarn, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing & AOP and monitoring the same to meet OTD schedule.
∎ Coordinate with factory concerned personnel for all the new /repeat / development orders to ensure the TNA and OTD.
∎ Co-ordinate with marketing & factory planning team for any new issue/complaint related to fabric development and quality production.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.
