• Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Environmental Science
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• 3 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• 5 years experience in facility compliance and sustainability or working experience in the same field.

• PGDHRM or Diploma in Compliance

• Compliance and Sustainability contacts of Brands, Government Environmental and other regulatory personnel.

• Audit and Assessments- Perform all certification and brands audit and ensure maximum scores with pass ratings

• Facility Integrity- Ensure facility controls are as effective as possible as per compliance as any failure of one or more of the controls could lead to the risk materializing.

• Internal Audit- Ensure the timely identification of high-risk audit issues through internal audit and take mitigation plan to resolve before audit

• Percentage of conformity with the Compliance Requirements Ability to keep the company to keep in line with policies - both internal and external, as well as government regulations. It should be aspired to reduce the number of non – compliances against the benchmark period

• Functioning of detective and protective system on Fire & Electrical - Ensure fire safety and security of SBUs including common facilities are strictly monitored and maintained at all times.

• Communication and Industrial Relationship- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant government agencies, industry groups, and other stakeholders to ensure that the company is aware of and complying with all applicable regulations.

• Safety Management- Maintain and implement RSC/Nirapon (fire, electrical & structural) standards for creating a safe and comfortable environment at workplace.

• Training and Development- Arrange and evaluate all type of Safety training/awareness, committee and motivate employees
