Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Punctual, and detail-oriented.

  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel.

  • Knowledge of Real Estate Market will be an added advantage.

  • Prior call center or telemarketing experience preferred.

  • Minimum 6 month of experience in a call center environment.

  • Tele-sales / Marketing background preferred.

  • Dynamic leadership and participatory management approach.

  • Target achievement mentality with a strong goal orientation.

  • Proven experience in telesales or customer service.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated professional.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools.

  • Sales or marketing qualifications are a plus.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle daily outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.

  • Promote and sell company products/services.

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential clients.

  • Introduce Sunset Kuakata Hotel & Resort Ltd projects to the potential customers.

  • Generate and qualify leads through proper communication and data filtering.

  • Deliver excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.

  • Maintain accurate CRM/lead entry and follow-up in collaboration with the sales team.

  • Support sales targets by nurturing leads with professionalism and empathy.

  • Follow-up Service: Generate leads through follow-up calls to customers and convert them into appointments.

  • Manage online customer queries.

  • Need to handle incoming and outgoing calls.

  • Service Quality & Others: Ensure the finest service to the customers and improve many aspects of the services.

  • Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collect customer feedback by calling them.

  • Prepare reports as per requirement.

  • Other works assigned by the management.
