∎ Currently, we are looking for a motivated professional for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive (Trims &Accessories) for the supply chain department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect material purchase requisition from merchandisers (MC) and check the all required information (BOM list, required date, items, quality requirement, production, and delivery lead time).
∎ Request for quotation of at least three suppliers from the enlisted suppliers (check KYC) who have to fulfill the requirement (Quality, delivery, and other terms and condition).
∎ Price negotiation with the suppliers (check price agreement) in terms of quality, delivery, L/C payment tenure, strongly check H.S Code with the bond license. Analyze market prices, check the previous price, and update the price list by using the ERP system.
∎ Proceed items CS at least three suppliers with the specific term and conditions and make approval from management with the supporting paper purchase requisition and price approval ( if any).
∎ Proceed WO/Po in the ERP system and make arrangements for approval, sending the WO/PO to the selected suppliers.
∎ Proceed items shade approval with the suppliers if required. And request suppliers to deliver the goods against the WO/PO before issuing the PI if applicable.
∎ Collect PI if applicable, and check negotiated price and other terms & conditions.
∎ Proceed PI to commercial and follow up L/C, UD smooth goods delivery.
∎ Send the L/C transmitted copy, UD to the supplier, and request the goods delivery. Follow up the goods delivery until in-house.
∎ Collect GRN/MRR information and share quality information with the suppliers, if any quality issues make arrangements for replacement and rectification. Follow up payment for the specific WO/PO and closed the WO/PO.
∎ Follow up items (NON-MRP) safety stock and re-order point as per predetermined approval.
∎ Update safety stock with the increased demand and supply variation.
∎ Control lead time through smart sourcing and negotiation with suppliers to minimize safety stock.
∎ Collaboration with suppliers as per management policy to control safety stock and price benefits.
∎ Follow up on demand and supply variation and take the necessary action as soon as possible.
∎ Strongly follow up demand, supply, and every purchase order in case of bulk and sample, until in-house.
∎ Follow up lot-wise bulk items quality report and make sure after sales service, proceed supplier evaluation and share grading information with suppliers, as per suppliers grading select order qualifier and order winner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 years' experience in reverent area.
∎ Purchase /Procurement/Supply chain/Merchandising
∎ PGD in supply chain management will get a preference
∎ Excellent in MS Office
∎ Should have good communication /Negotiation skills
∎ ERP Software knowledge added advantage
