Job Responsibilities
Receive requisitions from factory and sourcing (API, excipients, packaging materials etc) for product development purpose.
Collect quotations & prepare comparative statement (CS) for approval, generate work order, monitor progress and ensure on time delivery.
Maintain regular communication, troubleshoot and follow up with the supplier for material availability.
Maintain liaison with finance & accounts, Research & development, Production, Quality control, Quality assurance, Engineering department to ensure proper delivery timeline and smooth payment transaction between HPL and Vendors.
Develop new materials, additional suppliers for competitive price and quality improvement.
