Experience:
Master’s in business administration/marketing/commerce or similar discipline.
Strong MS-Office skills ( Excel : pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI / Tableau is desirable.
1–2 years (Executive) years in MIS, Sales Analytics, or Sales Operations (FMCG preferred).
SQL knowledge or prior experience with Durbin / secondary-sales platforms.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise with field teams, distributors and retailers.
Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret field data, identify gaps and suggest action-plans.
Resilient and self-motivated; comfortable doing field work, travelling to outlets and working under targets.
Good organizational skills, time-management and discipline in reporting.
Knowledge of sales-automation / field-monitoring tools (apps, dashboards).
Basic understanding of trade marketing/promotional mechanics in FMCG.
Monitor and track the performance of field sales staff (SOs/PSRs/Merchandisers/TSMs) including outlet visits route adherence call frequency and coverage.
Track distributor and dealer performance: primary sales (factory → distributor) secondary sales (distributor → retailer/outlet) fill-rates stock availability returns/damages.
Monitor and track the execution of visit-cooler by ensuring cold-stock availability with purity.
Check promotional execution: visibility signage displays merchandising compliance (where relevant).
Conduct regular field audits (via mobile app) to verify POS (point of sales) execution stock presence and pricing compliance.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly tracking reports (traffic lights or dashboards) for area/zone management showing execution gaps under-performing outlets route exceptions.
Work with Sales & Marketing teams to identify under-performing points/territories/outlets and recommend corrective actions (re-visit plan, training, extra support).
Maintain and update field-sales tracking systems (mobile apps or MIS platforms) ensuring data integrity, timely uploads and accurate reporting.
Communicate with distributors sales operations and trade marketing teams to coordinate corrective actions (e.g., product replenishment, display refresh, promo support).
Track and report on key KPIs: outlet coverage %, visit compliance %, promo compliance %, stock-out incidents, SKU availability, new outlet openings, churn of DBs/outlets.
Prepare expense/TA reports, submit field-activity logs, attend weekly/monthly review meetings with senior team.
