Responsibilities & Context:

United Feeds Limited (UFL), a sister concern of Meghna Group of Industries, has been producing high-quality poultry, cattle, and fish feeds since 2001. To support growth, UFL is seeking proactive sales professionals to achieve targets by visiting dealers, retailers, and farmers. The incumbent will report to the functional head for daily duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and report market data, including competitor products, pricing, features, sales volume, and market share, to inform the supervisor.

  • Visit dealers, retailers, and farmers regularly to expand sales opportunities in poultry, fish, and cattle feeds.

  • Receive and process orders from the market to ensure uninterrupted product supply.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets to contribute to business revenue.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, retailers, and farmers to maximize sales.

  • Promote product features and benefits in collaboration with the technical team to reach prospective customers.

  • Coordinate with distribution and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

  • Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and farmers to grow the customer base.

  • Prepare and submit daily reports, including sales, collections, and market analysis, to the supervisor.

  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to support strategic sales decisions.
