Additional Requirements: Must be minimum practical experience of the Real Estate industry/sector.
Must be minimum practical experience of the Plot/Apartment/Flat sales.
The candidate should be smart, energetic and polite & attractive personality.
Dynamic, hardworking & self-motivated with sound physical and mental health.
Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
The Applicants should have experience in dealing with Sales activities, client`s satisfaction and deal closing etc.
Should be able to work under pressure in a Team environment and must possess to lead a Team and achieve the Target.
Responsibilities & Context: - Real Estate Knowledge: Strong knowledge, understanding, and hands-on experience in the real estate and development sector.
- Sales and Marketing Capability: Proficient in selling plots and flats with strong expertise in direct sales and marketing within the real estate and development industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.
- Property Presentation: Conduct site visits, property tours, and virtual presentations for prospective buyers or clients.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending exhibitions, and online platforms.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets set by management.
- Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating property prices and terms, ensuring a win-win deal for both parties.
- Documentation: Understanding and assist in signing agreements, contracts, and other required sales documents.
- Customer Support: Provide after-sales support to clients regarding payment schedules, registration, handover, etc.
- Campaign & Marketing Development: Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote new and existing real estate projects.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new market trends, new strategies, and competitor activities.
- Event Coordination: Organize and attend property fairs, open houses, exhibitions, and client meetups.
- Brand Promotion: Strengthen the brand image of the real estate company through strategic marketing activities.
- Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from clients and visitors to improve marketing strategies and property offerings.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain client information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales and marketing reports to the management, detailing activities, leads, conversion rates, and forecasts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like Accounts & Finance, Legal, Telemarketing, Digital Marketing and Customer Service to ensure smooth sales operations.
