Job Context:
∎ Based in Dhaka, we are a fast-growing ICT company and are actively looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced personnel to join our winning team as Executive or Sr. Executive, Sales & Marketing.
∎ Candidates must have knowledge in all types of Internet, Data, and connectivity Services.
∎ The contenders must have work experience in the ISP industry in a similar position. Also excellent technical understanding and strong relationships with the senior IT professionals of this sector.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing the market to find the prospects based on the available product lines considering the assigned target.
∎ Correspond with customers of public and private Banks and corporate offices for selling Internet, Data, Connectivity, Managed Services, and ICT products through the physical visit, proposal submission, and onward negotiation.
∎ Maintain regular communication with the existing customer to retain as well as to gain new revenue.
∎ Constantly review and improve the various sales activity metrics which lead to sales growth.
∎ Set up phone conversations, meetings, on-site and online demonstrations/presentations, write proposals, and move the sales opportunities along the buying process.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets set by the management.
∎ Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the team lead.
∎ Reviewing own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets
∎ Establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and company to ensure the long-term business partnership
∎ Ensure after-sales service for customer satisfaction in coordination with the support team

∎ Incumbents having selling experience in the ISP industry are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Able to implement a target-oriented sales plan.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Passionately committed to customer-oriented thinking.
∎ Must be smart having excellent analytical & presentation abilities.
∎ Should be a self-motivated, dynamic and dependable team player.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in English and computer literacy is a must.
