Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Consistent meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned area, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
∎ Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports, providing insights into performance metrics and market trends.
∎ Identify and pursue new market opportunities, implementing effective strategies to broaden market coverage and increase customer base.
∎ Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with distributor and retailers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Regular visit markets to engage with customers, understand their needs, and promote company products and services.
∎ Monitor competitor activities, gathering information on pricing, products, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving complaints or feedback promptly in accordance with company policy.
∎ Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the assigned area.
∎ Maintain discipline, professionalism, and uphold the company's brand image in all field activities.
∎ Demonstrate a willingness to travel extensively as required to meet business objectives and customer needs.
