• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Food & Nutrition
• Diploma in Engineering in Food Science & Technology

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Auto Rice Mill

• Age 25 to 35 years

M/S Raju Auto Rice Mill is a sister concern of Erfan Group which is renowned Group of Company in Bangladesh. We are looking for Executive/Sr. Executive (QC) who has practical experience in the similar area.

• Ensure raw materials and finished products meet specifications through meticulous examination and precise measurement tools.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines to improve overall product quality.
• Monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish quality control metrics and goals.
• Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Conducting quality training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of quality control processes.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions taken.
• Performing statistical analysis and data interpretation to identify trends and patterns in quality control data.
• Participating in the development and review of product specifications and quality standards.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control practices to ensure continuous improvement.
