Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in business/finance/accounting, supply chain management, or a related field.
∎ Working experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
∎ At least 4-8 years of experience in procurement,
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work well in a team environment and to collaborate with various departments within the organization.
∎ Basic Knowledge of export/import is required.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work under tight deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Withholding VAT and Tax knowledge.
∎ Ability to work autonomously.
∎ Skills Required: Negotiation Skills, Purchase, supply chain management, Vendor management

Cost Management, Procurement Process Optimization, Purchase, Supplier Management, supply chain management

Garments, Tea Garden, Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Check the purchase requisition in SAP & sourcing of all dyeing, garments, spinning machineries, spare parts, equipment's etc.
∎ Collect Price quotation, prepare comparative statement (CS) & obtain approval from the authorized person.
∎ Manage the purchasing process, including issuing purchase orders, following up on deliveries, and ensuring that goods are received on time and at the agreed upon price.
∎ To communicate with the concern department in order to confirm the receipt of L goods/materials & find out any discrepancies in technical specification, quality, quantity, or any other parameters.
∎ To communicate with all relevant parties & resolve all difficulties/issues occurred during sourcing or for any return/replacement due to quality problem
∎ Regular market survey to develop alternative suppliers for price competitiveness & quality measurement.
∎ Ability to work with various levels of suppliers from the local & international market.
∎ Settle supplier bills/ Claims & follow up with accounts for timely payment
∎ Drives in monitoring supplier performance to ensure that purchases are cost effective & that suppliers provide expected service & value.
∎ Required training with in the team member about purchase process
∎ resolve any issue & dispute with vendor & end user
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
