Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Continue improvements to reduce none value added operations and processes through technology, automation and digitization.
∎ Create a harmonious work environment through active engagement of associates and management through various motivational and team building activities.
∎ Be an ambassador for the brand through active involvement in representing the respective factory/ unit in achieving organization goals in sustainability initiatives.
∎ Provide support to senior team members in various manufacturing-related tasks and projects.
∎ Participate in quality checks to ensure that products meet our standards.
∎ Maintain records and reports related to operation, production and quality control.
∎ Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
∎ Work closely with colleagues and contribute to the team's success.
