• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies as Microbiologist

• Sound knowledge in FMCG production, Quality Assurance and process

• Thorough knowledge in Testing Protocol, Sampling Plan, Environmental Monitoring Program, GLP, GMP, GHP, FSMS, Codex Alimentarius, HACCP.

• Good at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.

• Willing to Work under pressure.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Care Nutrition Ltd. is the Bangladesh subsidiary of Frontier Nutrition, Inc., a U.S. company based in New Haven, Connecticut. We are looking for Executive/Sr. Executive, Microbiologist who will take care of the quality assurance procedure of our brand(s). Keeping up to date with industry news to identify opportunities and new ideas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collecting the samples from different sources as per QA Action Plan and Environmental Monitoring Plan
• Microbiological analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, finished products, R&D trial sample, Stability study samples and by following CNL QA Action Plan and Environmental Monitoring Plan.
• Media/reagent stock management and growth promotion test of media
• Environmental monitoring and area qualification
• Responsible for setting and developing specification of the Raw material, Packaging material, Finished Goods, in process sample based on codex standard, FSMS standard BSTI standard, BSFA standard and other regulatory standards.
• Responsible for maintaining and monitoring all daily wise, weekly wise, monthly wise, quarterly wise and Annual wise records relevant of Microbiological test and activity.
• Validation of microbiological testing methods Qualification/requalification and periodic calibration of laboratory equipment
• Handling of FSMS (OOS, deviation, change control etc.) related to Microbiology Laboratory.
• Assisting in activity of ISO and other standard system.
• Responsible for maintaining and developing of proper documentation of FSMS
