Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Experience in Product/Campaign Management or Agency will be an added advantage.

- Understanding various communication channels, Digital & Social Media is a must.
- Strategic thinking & high social skills.
- Strong planning, data analysis & presentation skills.
- This position may require moderate travel and ability to multitask and work with the cross functional teams
Responsibilities & Context: - Product Management: Contribute to the Product Management Team to manage day-to-day activities like Product Planning, Pricing, Placement, Communication Strategy development, Training and People management.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market research & submit reports on market consumption, trends, product strategy, competitor analysis, and partner business extents.
- Pricing Strategy: Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing import and sales costs; anticipating volume; and costing special and customized orders.
- Supply Chain Management: Assist Product Managers with yearly product sourcing planning, price negotiations, factory visits, onboarding new suppliers as import sources; coordinate with Commercial for import and proper arrival of the product at Factory; Proper manufacturing/assembling and Distribution in Sales Point.
- Market Expansion: Plan & execute new market development strategies and successfully launch new products in the market.
- Inventory & Distribution: Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability at all sales points by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels, distribution plans, and import schedules.
- Competitive Analysis: Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' offerings and develop necessary placement strategies.
- Marketing Roadmap: Support and provide input in the yearly marketing roadmap development and actively contribute to campaign planning (ATL, BTL & Digital).
- Campaign Management: Adopt and fine-tune campaign modalities by reviewing business cases and receiving input from Product Managers.
- Event Management: Ensure proper brand visibility at events, follow up on event checklists in coordination with activation agencies and conduct event as host.
- Cross Departmental Coordination: Act as a facilitator between Marketing and all other stakeholder departments to ensure proper communication and timely support.
- Growth Plan: Set category & SKU-wise targets for the Sales Channel and ensure necessary support—like product knowledge training, special pricing, and campaign planning & follow up to achieve yearly targets and to support overall company growth.
