∎ This position will be responsible for ensuring the candidates/Passport as per the requirements of Delegates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Order Management: Execute all orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring adherence to deadlines at every stage of execution, from order receipt to mobilization.
∎ 2. Market Survey: Conduct regular market surveys to stay informed about ongoing orders, industry trends, and competitive rates.
∎ 3. Agent Relations: Establish and maintain regular communication with agents. Visit agents according to a predefined schedule. Plan and implement motivational programs to inspire agents. Address agent concerns and problems to create win-win solutions.
∎ 4. Payment Collection: Oversee payment collection processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
∎ 5. Personal Development: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to meet new job challenges and contexts.
∎ 6. Technology Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements relevant to the industry.
∎ 7. 07.Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports to senior management.

∎ Age 26 to 32 years
