- Knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, Firewalls and Domain Management.
- Good Troubleshooting and Communications skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, Including On-Call support.
Responsibilities & Context:
Troubleshoots common problems and works with the corporate helpdesk and vendors to resolve issues.
Maintains and troubleshoot IP PABX system & IP Camera; maintaining close cooperation with engineering team and support vendors whenever required.
Monitors domain controller, applications servers, computer security, bandwidth and network.
Works with venders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Installs & configures new hardware/software.
Maintains current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
Ability to provide effective and efficient off-site phone support whenever required.
Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility, and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company. policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment.
Abides by all Brand rules and regulations.
Performs any other reasonable duties as directed by the supervisor or his/her designate.
