Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Budget manpower and machine monthly.
∎ Regular pre-production activities ( folder ,guide ,attachment, machine ,requirement)
∎ Thread consumption calculation
∎ CM calculation
∎ Setting up line layout with minimum Man & Machine.
∎ Time study, capacity study, Production study, Method Study,Motion Study.
∎ Bottle neck point monitoring.
∎ Production & line balancing.
∎ Motivate workers to achieve goal.
∎ Line performance, efficiency and productivity calculation.
∎ Make style wise NOC report.
∎ Making skill matrix.-Practicaly line feeding.
∎ Prepare operation bulletin with Man, Machine & Materials details.
∎ Prepare balancing paper layout.-Prepare Sewing thread Consumption.
∎ Lost time or non- productive time calculation.
∎ Control wastage and reduce manufacturing cost.
∎ Sample analysis to make operation easier in development stage.
∎ Increase Line efficiency, Resource utilization.
∎ Knowledge about lean manufacturing technic.
∎ Introducing productive new method.-Develop the worker skill level.
∎ Reducing unnecessary work-Arrange Motivation Program.-Arrange Kaizen Program.

Selected employees will directly report to the Head of IE and Planning.
