Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell assigned healthcare devices to potential customers in the assigned territory.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for end-users.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
∎ Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and product performance.
∎ Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales leads.
∎ Coordinate with the service and technical team for after-sales support and installation.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all sales, customer visits, and pipeline in CRM or assigned reporting format.
∎ Participate in relevant medical conferences, workshops, and promotional activities.
