∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Master data management such as Customer, price, promotion, credit on Sales and Distribution [SD] module in ERP.
∎ Provide thorough training to end-user on Order 2 Cash Cycle and arrange periodic review on the same.
∎ Manage user ID and roles with authorization control as per company guidelines.
∎ Analyze and assist in giving input in assisting business process and create to be according to business requirement during ERP Go-Live of any individual/group of company/companies.
∎ Assist module lead in solving user queries on various transactions and reports for around fifty-plus companies and 250 plus users.
∎ Explore to adopt new functionality or checks control using basic configuration & module knowledge.
∎ Monitor offshore and internal technical team on pending Change Requests relating to transactions, reports, or any business requirements.
∎ Perform testing in the test environment and record test and defect register and circulate to the technical team for resolution.
∎ Periodic reporting to line manager [LM] & Project Manager [PM] on module status and an upcoming project with a mitigation plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ ERP experience in module-specific support team as well as end-user training.
∎ Well conversant in maintaining the key master data in SD.
∎ Fully capable to work with various documents of SD (Inquiries, Quotations, Sales Orders, Contracts, Outbound Deliveries, Billing Documents, etc.).
∎ Knowledge to maintain Price, Promotion, Credit Management, Rebates, etc.
∎ Knowledge of different types of Sales Documents, Shipping, and Billing.
∎ Overall Knowledge of cross-module such as FI, MM, PP to map SD requirements in ERP system.
∎ Knowledge on Logistic Execution [LE] Module or any new concepts on SD will be added as an extra advantage.
