Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor daily RM consumption & make comparison with the BOM Budget
∎ Conduct product wise profitability analysis
∎ Maintain & review factories operational efficiency, capacity utilization & rejection etc.
∎ Ensure fairness & accuracy of conversion cost as per IFRS
∎ Ensure guidance for proper inventory control
∎ Prepare & monitor annual material budget & budget variance
∎ Support and Coordinate the development of annual business plans, periodic and yearly budget and projected accounts and costing
∎ Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly and other periodic final statements, costing reports as desired by top management
∎ Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production cost
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in Factory, preferably in FMCG Industry
∎ Good communication skill & a Team Player
∎ Expertise in MS Excel
∎ Strong analytical & leadership quality
∎ Positive work ethics & result oriented worker
