Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will fulfill the needs of a customer.
∎ Communicate with consumers to determine their needs and aid them in picking relevant items that match their criteria.
∎ Conduct market research and surveys to acquire knowledge about market trends, possible leads, and sales possibilities.
∎ Meet with new and existing corporate clients, as well as establish new business prospects.
∎ Develop and maintain excellent commercial connections with corporate and institutional clients.
∎ Communicate and cross-sell new opportunities to existing and potential clients.
∎ Develop and implement effective programs for improving sales performance in order to achieve profitability and sales growth.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
∎ Coordinate with different departments in order to resolve queries/ service requests or complaints of the customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Practical knowledge of using Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
∎ Practical experience in ERP Software.
∎ Candidates having experience in a similar role/industry will get preference.
