Job Context:
∎ This Jobs will be related to discover sales opportunities through consumer research and present products and services to prospective customers. Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies according with analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.
∎ Urgent Recruitment. (Permanent)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the Marketing Department to develop and execute Corporate Sales.
∎ Promote Brand & Execute Business to High Officials of Both - Government & Private Sector.
∎ Achieve Key Corporate Customers/ area wise/ branch wise sales target through effective sales monitoring.
∎ Ensure timely collection of payment/receivables.
∎ Directly involved with different institutions exploring new client and markets to achieve individual target through sales & delivery.
∎ Frequent Communicate with existing customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specification.
∎ Ensure smooth & on time delivery of the product to the vendors and serve their query professionally.
∎ Create new corporate customer and maintain good relationship with clients.
∎ Visit all the potential customer's on regular basis to ensure sales.
∎ Developing the marketing strategy and plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having Managerial experience working Sales and Marketing department of any renowned home appliance or electronics retailer in the country
∎ Be a Team Player, Proactive,Can-Do-Attitude.
∎ Need to be smart & presentable.
∎ Fair knowledge about Electrical & Electronic products and services.
∎ Ability to take challenge, overcome obstacles with winning attitude.
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel,PowerPoint (to make presentations) and be capable to use Company ERP software.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ As Per Company policy
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Tour allowance, Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Upon sales target salary will be varied
∎ Attractive bonuses on sales target
