Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate and oversee marketing strategies, promotional initiatives, and brand plans for the designated portfolio of brands.
∎ Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, introducing timely products through strategic planning and effective project management.
∎ Analyze the performance of brands and the overall portfolio, implementing monthly action plans for field forces, and providing training to enhance their performance and achieve goals.
∎ Develop an annual budget and optimize allocated resources for the assigned portfolio.
∎ Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME), Round Table Discussions (RTD), and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) on the designated portfolio in collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
∎ New product launching activities and product/portfolio life cycle management.
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure timely production & supply of assigned products throughout the country.
