Responsibilities & Context:
- Strong knowledge of interior works, including partitions, ceilings, wall paneling, office/shopfloor layout modification, tiling, landscaping.
- Sound understanding of masonry, plumbing, and basic electrical coordination as part of civil infrastructure upkeep.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to equipment and machinery.
- Experience in painting and surface finishing (interior and exterior), including touch-up and renovation work.
- Ability to inspect and assess building structures, roofs, and drains for potential damage or wear.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards for industrial buildings.
- Experience in managing civil vendors/contractors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring quality control.
- Proficient in preparing maintenance schedules, cost estimates, and work reports.
- Hands-on knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning for building infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
