Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing from any reputed public or private universities
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and executing marketing campaigns
∎ Plan, overview and review the scheduling of marketing communications regularly along with the marketing budget
∎ Plan and execute 360 marketing activities of Shanta's CSR initiatives (AWCH) Work closely with creative and media agencies
∎ Conduct market research and analyze the industry
∎ Prepare periodical marketing reports/presentations
∎ Visit, check and maintain outdoor branding assets regularly
∎ Visit Ashulia Women and Children Hospital (AWCH) to monitor CSR initiatives
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Brand Management
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Bengali
∎ Must be open to outdoor traveling
