∎ Deliver precise and timely financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis to senior management, aiding in understanding departmental performance and making necessary adjustments.
∎ Collaborate closely with various departments to evaluate investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives, contributing to the prioritization of projects that align with the company's financial objectives.
∎ Assess the financial viability and potential return on investment for new product launches, marketing campaigns, and supply chain projects, helping to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
∎ Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ Proven experience in a similar finance role.
∎ Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
∎ Solid understanding of cost structures, and performance metrics
∎ Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
