∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take budget approval from management.
∎ Draw up budgetary control system for achieving targeted revenue & expenses.
∎ Monitor budget variance and analysis them regular basis.
∎ Checking purchase requisition (PR) as per budget for management approval
∎ Release purchase order by verifying vendor quotation, contract & approved PR
∎ Monitor material & service receive from vendor as per purchase order.
∎ Checking vendor bill as per supporting challan & mushok 6.3
∎ Monitor factory petty cash & IOU.
∎ Checking worker salary & final settlement sheet.
∎ Monitor material consumption as per BOM & production order.
∎ Identify & rectify short or excess material consumption regular basis.
∎ Check & verify the pre-costing sheet as per buyer contract
∎ Prepare comparison statement of pre-costing & post-costing
∎ Prepare monthly comparison with budget & actual revenue & expenses.
∎ Prepare variance reason statement of budget vs actual.
∎ Check import PI as per cost sheet consumption & RMG shipment date.
∎ Check local bill of exchange by confirming material receive status.
∎ Check all financial entries & correction if any error by regular basis
∎ Monthly financial performance report presentation to management.
∎ Daily Production analysis according to working hour with OT hour
∎ Likewise efficiency & productivity analysis
∎ Monitor daily shipment & sales billing
∎ Weekly report to management for production, shipment with budget & actual variance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 28000 (Monthly)
