Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations or SFE-related functions.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Collection Reporting:
Generate, validate, and present daily/weekly/monthly sales, collection, and outstanding dues reports using ERP and analytical tools.
Budget Preparation:
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets and forecasts in coordination with regional and zonal teams.
Performance Monitoring:
Track daily sales performance vs. targets, field force activity levels, and achievement metrics. Provide actionable insights into the sales leadership.
Incentive Management:
Prepare yearly incentive calculations (including Dealer/Distributor/Field Force) based on predefined KPIs and performance parameters.
Meeting Coordination:
Organize monthly regional sales meetings and support national sales leadership events with relevant reports and logistics.
Productivity Reporting:
Generate reports on product-wise sales, overdue accounts, and promotional effectiveness. Deliver summaries to management for strategic decisions.
Field Activity Monitoring:
Track and monitor daily field force activities via digital tools and provide insights to improve field execution.
Attendance & Salary Support:
Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll input and maintain accurate records of field presence and leave.
Location & Movement Tracking:
Maintain and report daily location tracking of field staff to ensure coverage and compliance.
Expense Verification:
Review and verify TADA (Travel & Daily Allowance) bills submitted by field personnel as per policy.
Employee Movement:
Support job rotation and manpower allocation in coordination with HR and department heads.
Incentive Policy Execution:
Implement and monitor employee incentive schemes aligned with company guidelines.
Recruitment Support:
Conduct vacancy analysis and coordinate with HR to fulfill staffing needs in sales functions.
Logistics Coordination:
Ensure timely logistic support for the field force, including samples, promotional materials, and documentation.
Ad-hoc Assignments:
Execute additional tasks and projects assigned by the line manager or department head.
Stationery & Asset Management:
Manage stationery inventory and procurement for the sales department.
