Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
∎ Generate potential leads, identify and engage with potential clients, providing them with information about our properties and addressing their inquiries
∎ Achieve sales or marketing targets
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
∎ Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our properties
∎ Assist in organizing and participating in property exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events
∎ Coordinate for after-sales communication and official matters
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the real estate industry
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively
∎ A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for achieving targets
