Experience:

Zubion Development Solutions Ltd., a growing real estate company, is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Administrative & Front Desk Executive to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth front office management. The role includes transportation coordination, guest reception and hospitality, communication handling, materials management, and inventory maintenance along with receptionist responsibilities.
Manage front desk operations and warmly receive guests, clients, and visitors.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and official communication professionally.
Coordinate transportation arrangements for staff and company guests.
Arrange and oversee guest hospitality and entertainment as required.
Receive, record, and distribute office materials, parcels, and deliveries.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Support internal administrative activities and office coordination.
Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
Provide day-to-day operational support to management.
Any other task assign by Supervisor.
