Outgoing and confident with a pleasant personality.

Responsibilities & Context:
US Bangla Airlines Ltd. the largest private airline of the country, is looking for dynamic & smart individual to join as “Executive/Senior Executive - Protocol” in Airport Service Department.
Job Responsibilities -
Build and maintain cordial relationships with various Government agencies at international and domestic airports to facilitate effective meet and greet services.
Provide protocol to passengers at the airport both international and domestic.
To deal with Immigration Authority and airport security force for clearance of passengers.
Ensure proper service to the VIP passengers.
Ensure proper on time & hassle-free airport service.
Address passengers’ queries & requests and give solution accordingly.
Arranging collection of travelers & baggage.
Ensuring speedy passage through airport – process travel documents.
Protect clients from extortion or harassment by airport authorities.
Transferring passengers through the airport.
Assisting & ensuring airport to hotel transport service.
