Load responsible Unit to the Budgeted level (Production SAH / Efficiency / Sales)
Maintain Unit level FR Plan (Confirm orders + Projections)
Execute Monthly Signoff Plan at Unit level (Production / Sales)
Achieve Unit level OTD - 100%
Conduct Unit level OSR meeting (Order Status Review)
Confirm OC amendments
Shipment follow up
