Responsibilities & Context:
People Sustainability
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Target Tracking
Support the tracking of DEI targets, conduct awareness programs, and collaborate with HR to integrate DE&I into talent strategies·
Employee Well-being and Engagement:
Develop and monitor initiatives to enhance employee well-being and organize engagement activities aligned with sustainability goals in SQ Station
Grievance Management:
Ensure that employee grievances are addressed in a timely and fair manner, ensuring resolution in compliance with company policies and labor laws. Support the Corporate Sustainability team in maintaining records of grievances and actions taken.·
Training:
Organise compliance training for managers and maintain audit-related documentation
Communication
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Support the Corporate Sustainability team to develop cross-functional reports and presentations for internal (C-suite) and external (customers, investors) reporting
Environmental, Social, Health & Safety Support
Audit & Compliance Management:
Coordinate audits, ensure compliance with labor laws and policies, and liaise with the factory ESHS teams, external auditors and government officials.
