Reports To: Manager – Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

The Executive/Senior Executive — Medical Equipment Sales will manage a defined territory, maintain and grow client portfolios, lead procurement negotiations, and consistently meet sales targets. You will work independently while coordinating with service and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand assigned client portfolio (public/private hospitals, specialty clinics).

  • Lead commercial negotiations and prepare proposals/tender submissions.

  • Conduct product demos and training for hospital staff.

  • Ensure excellent after-sales support with service engineers/technologists.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.

  • Mentor junior sales staff if assigned.

  • Represent the company at medical conferences and client events.
