Job Summary:
The Executive/Senior Executive — Medical Equipment Sales will manage a defined territory, maintain and grow client portfolios, lead procurement negotiations, and consistently meet sales targets. You will work independently while coordinating with service and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand assigned client portfolio (public/private hospitals, specialty clinics).
Lead commercial negotiations and prepare proposals/tender submissions.
Conduct product demos and training for hospital staff.
Ensure excellent after-sales support with service engineers/technologists.
Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
Mentor junior sales staff if assigned.
Represent the company at medical conferences and client events.
