∎ Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor’s/ Masters Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
∎ 4-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
∎ Registered professional engineers with the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop compressor and steam P&ID diagrams for manufacturing and industrial processes.
∎ Perform mechanical load calculations to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
∎ Design and implement ventilation systems such as VRF, evaporative coolers, and other industrial cooling solutions.
∎ Assess and determine industrial boiler requirements, ensuring proper sizing and efficiency for operations.
∎ Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies for mechanical systems in manufacturing settings.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards, particularly IEB regulations.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical design solutions into existing manufacturing processes.
∎ Support energy efficiency initiatives by optimizing mechanical systems and reducing operational costs.
∎ Stay updated with technological advancements and industry best practices in mechanical engineering.
∎ Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations on mechanical system performance and recommendations.
∎ Proficiency in:
