∎ Bachelor Degree. Business and management preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Communication and presentation skill in Bangla and English
∎ Monitor the performance of sales of the Distributors and service centers and support them to increase the sales.
∎ Planning and execution of company promotion and launching of new products.
∎ Develop good relationship with Service centres/distributors for their personal development.
∎ Resolve conflicts among Service centres/distributors; respond to requests, queries and complaints of the market to the concerned departments for follow up actions.
∎ Ensure company training programs be provided and gather feedback for improvement
∎ Coordinate monthly and yearly company activities(offline and online)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ years in Marketing, Sales and Training field

Salary:
∎ 30k -50k (subjected to experience and skill)
